Shipping Policy

We’re locked in to get your order to you as fast and safely as possible. Please review the following details before placing your order.


Bourbon Orders

Your bourbon is shipped by licensed retailers through our 3rd-party fulfillment partner, AccelPay’s retailer network.

Please Note:

  • Adult Signature Required: Orders containing alcohol require an adult signature and ID verification upon delivery.

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the continental United States only.

  • No PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Fulfillment Window: Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days.

  • Transit Time: Standard delivery may take an additional 3–8 business days depending on destination.

  • Separate Shipments: If your order includes both bourbon and merchandise, they will ship separately.

  • Carriers: Licensed retailers in the AccelPay network may use various carriers to complete delivery.

  • Delivery Attempts: The carrier will make up to three attempts to deliver your order.

  • Undeliverable Packages:

    • After three failed attempts, your order will be returned to the retailer.

    • If a refund is requested, an Undeliverable Package Fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • If a reshipment is requested, a flat fee will be charged to cover both the reshipment and undeliverable package fee.

In the event of a fulfillment delay, our team will notify you via email.
All orders placed for bourbon are processed under AccelPay’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and payment terms, and are facilitated directly between you and licensed third-party retailers.


Merch Orders

Merchandise orders are fulfilled through our 3PL partner, 1 Click Logistics, and ship separately from bourbon orders.

Please Note:

  • Fulfillment Window: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Transit Time: Standard delivery is 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Locations: Continental U.S. only.

  • No PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
