SHIPPING POLICY
**During sales and peak season (November - January) shipping may experience additional delays. We are a small team and appreciate your patience during this busy time.
We take pride in our customer service. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Our fulfillment center is open Monday - Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST. We do not operate over weekends and holidays. Any orders placed after 3PM EST, over the weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped out the following business day.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Weβll send another email once a tracking number has been issued.
